Thrill Seeker 2.0 Enhances Theme Park Visits
Theme Park Nerd Ltd today announced the availability of Thrill Seeker 2.0, an application for the iPhone and iPod touch which helps users to make the most out of theme park visits. The app, which currently covers 19 parks around the globe, provides information on all of the rides, attractions and facilities within each park.
Busch Gardens Africa Employee Busted for Pocketing Admission Fees
A Busch Gardens cashier is facing felony charges after she spent years pocketing admission fees from guests, Tampa Police said. Stephanie Jolly was charged with organized fraud, grand theft and petit theft.
Clydesdales & Collies & Sheep -- Oh My!
Busch Gardens’ Highland Stables has new tenants and a new look. Situated in the park’s Scottish village adjacent to the Loch Ness Monster, the Highland Stables has been a park icon for three-and-a-half decades. When Busch Gardens opens to guests March 26, the stables will feature the park’s own team of Clydesdales as well as a flock of black-faced sheep, two Border collie puppies and a Eurasian barn owl.

Michael Jackson Fans Line Up at Disneyland for Return of 'Captain EO'
Fans decked out in futuristic garb formed a line early Tuesday to see the return of the Michael Jackson film "Captain EO" to Disneyland after a 13-year hiatus. At 10 a.m., the 17-minute, science fiction-themed musical returns to the Tomorrowland Theater for limited engagement. It replaces "Honey I Shrunk the Audience," which closed Jan. 3.
